The Giza Plateau on the edge of Greater Cairo holds the Great Pyramid of Khufu, the pyramids of Khafre and Menkaure, and the Great Sphinx. It is Egypt's most visited ancient site. Plateau tickets and extra interior tickets are sold through official Egyptian channels; prices and extras change.
